This is without a doubt the worst clinic. What’s the use of making an appoinment having to pay for it and then being kept waiting for over 30 miniutes?

The Sri Lankan doctor here, Dr Perera is an absolute joke. The things he was recommending would shock any doctor and my my nephew who saw him said he said similiar things to him. It is dangerous to be recommending new age practices to someone instead of pointing them towards medicine. He is an absolute laughing stock and I would be surprised if anyone takes him seriously or can listen to his ridiculous advice and not laugh in his face. Get new doctors or you could fall into serious trouble. This is Australia! We follow western medicine here!

Horrible clinic. Bad staff and useless doctors. Incompetant and not thorough

Not happy with my latest experience here. I needed a referral and the doctor at first told me that the hospital I mentioned didn't do that particular procedure, when they do. He gave me a written referral to a different hospital, after which the receptionist had to tell him that that hospital didn't do the procedure, and that I actually needed a referral to the one I had asked for originally. Take two, got a new referral and the doctor just told me I had to call and arrange the appointment. Had to convince him that, no, he needed to fax the referral and the hospital will get back to me (which the (lovely) receptionist again had to tell him was right). Then as I was leaving I realised that he hadn't written on the referral what it was FOR. So had to go back and get the receptionist to get him to put this on. It was only after leaving once again that I realised that he had written the wrong information (pretty important information) on the referral. I was going to go back the next day to get it fixed but luckily the hospital was baffled enough by what they had sent that they called me directly to find out what it was that I needed. Really disappointed. It was only that I knew what to ask for and really pushed that I got what I needed, otherwise I would have gone away with a referral that was completely wrong. It was a horrible experience and I won't be going back again.
