This was one of the best treatments I have ever had. I have had a knot in my neck for over 10 years. I have seen physiotherapists, massage therapists, and acupuncturists, and one session with Melanie's infra-red treatments and massage has reduced it more than anything I have tried.

Melanie is confused and thinks that her facilities are best in the world. If you don't need a regular therapy and you don't work , this place might suit you.

For working people, this place is a nightmare.

I just lost 4 of my vouchers which she promised i could use later as she is refusing to let me use it stating it is being expired and deals.com doesn't pay her.

I was a TCA clint and she refused to see me with TCA claiming that TCA doesn't pay her either.

She is out of the world... not happy at all with her customer dealing

Disappointed to no end...The entire place stinks like cigarettes. Owner was extremely rude from the moment we walked in, refused to make eye contact and was clearly angry that we had a voucher . Our appointment was booked at a different time than requested and no apology was given clearly there is no organisation and this place is not run professionally... When we came back we were made to wait a further 25 mins without an apology yet again,when asking when a massage therapist would be available she had no idea and to"just wait till someone comes out" her attitude was getting ridiculous I tried to question the length of the appointment as they were running late by at least 30 mins at which point she started THREATENING initially telling me to lower my voice then i was told if i didnt shut my mouth to either go into a private room and get some detox which I did not want or get off her property ... Then to top it off she began racial remarks claiming she is much better than- and I quote "those cheap asian sweatshops" just to top it off ... we refuse to go back and have put I a formal request for a refund as that is not how you treat customers
