My experience with having someone from this company has been horrific and i will be taking it national. Injured at the RAH, agreed to go off to have surgery with the promise i had a job to go back to. When i was made fit to return the RTW did not assist in return, no meetings. My direct manager as promised advised i had a job to come back to, also advised my doctors. The RTW sent a message to workcover did not get to her in time she has already advised there is a job for me to return to. RTW was not working for the injured worker, they clearly did not follow the workers compensation act. Did not follow what is in in place with our employment with non work related injury either which my manager tried to enforce and was backing a return as per written agreement. The RTW from here is against the worker be careful if you are assigned one and do not agree with any signed agreement which has you leave work for surgery. Still on forced LWOP even though there was a job there for me. I have all this in writing
