I go to Body Active for remedial therapy on a few injury niggles that grind me to a halt every once in a while, and I have to say Ive always walked out feeling way better than when I walked in. The therapists here really know their stuff - and they know me because its all on file, which makes repeat visits and being able to see anyone there pretty easy. The therapists are skilled, tables professional, towels warm, oils soothing and atmosphere tranquil, plus theres a tram stop right outside. For me this place really ticks all the boxes.
