So fuming. Sent a designer skirt to be dry cleaned. Got it back to find they had attached it to a wire hanger with dress pins, causing two very noticeable large holes in the waist band. The fabric should absolutely not have had anything pinned through it and is now ruined. They clearly have no idea how to handle clothes in the appropriate way. Do not risk your clothes! Go somewhere else.
