Brendan has been looking after my car for a few years now. Have always been happy with his work and good service. Reasonably priced.

Have been having all my cars over the last 25 years off and on serviced at RB automotive by Brendan and have never had a problem. Found him to be honest and up front about cost and the work that has been done on the cars. Sent my wife to see him after years of being ripped off by the car dealer services, she has saved plenty of money over the years and now has referred her friends and family to see Brendan.

Went to visit the place because of the good feeback. Owner of the business charge me 320 for just normal car service. $185 for just labour. For little small car. First he said it's going to me max 240. Then $260 - 300 if the fixing the hole where my cooler goes in.
When l went to pick up the car the bill came in $320 and cooler part wasn't fixed. He had to oder the piece and come back to me with the extra cost.
I was so naive and just paid. After l spoke with my partner ( who only paid $220 for his massive old car ) and different services places. I have been totally ripped off. Brendan absolutely used my ,, dont know nothing about the car service,, situation. Very disappointed. And he even haven't called me back 2 weeks regarding the extra piece. He better not call me because l wouldn't want to talk to me anyway.
I work in Richmond and my feeback will spread the word. Not happy at all.

Fast, efficient & honest service! Great to be able to go to a mechanic who tells you what you actually need done rather than ripping you off. Highly recommend them!

Honest, efficient and cheap! Have been using these guys for the last year and happy every time. Received a quote of $380 today and gave them the go ahead to do the job. When I arrived later to pick up the car they advised they were able to get the part cheaper and it would only cost $330! Never had a mechanic discount on a quote! Recommend them to anyone!
