TeskaCarson is a prime example of everything that is wrong with the real estate industry. From start to finish, my experience with this deplorable company has been an absolute nightmare.



First and foremost, their customer service is utterly abysmal. The staff members, if you can even call them that, are a collection of arrogant, unhelpful individuals who clearly have no interest in actually assisting their clients. It seems their sole purpose is to make your life as difficult as possible.



Communication with TeskaCarson is an exercise in frustration and futility. They are consistently unresponsive, ignoring emails and phone calls for days on end. When you do manage to get a hold of someone, they are rude, dismissive, and show a complete lack of professionalism.



To add insult to injury, their lack of transparency is astounding. They manipulate and deceive clients with their shady practices, often withholding crucial information or misrepresenting properties to make a quick buck. It is clear that their main priority is their own financial gain, at the expense of their clients' well-being and satisfaction.



Furthermore, TeskaCarson's negligence and incompetence are evident in their complete disregard for basic property management responsibilities. Maintenance requests are either ignored or mishandled, leaving tenants to deal with unresolved issues for weeks or even months on end. It is clear that they have no regard for the safety and comfort of their tenants.



I would strongly advise anyone considering working with TeskaCarson to think twice. They are a disgraceful company that prioritizes profit over integrity and treats their clients with contempt. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable real estate agency that actually cares about their clients and upholds ethical standards.
