Do not buy a car from this dealership.



All team members we dealt with were rude & inappropriate whilst lacking in any real communication skills other than making us feel pressured into buying when we were just looking.



We had a 3 week battle to get our money refunded despite cancelling the contract as well as constant what I would describe as calls pressuring for me to complete the purchase even though I had said no I’m not interested.



A dishonest company with completely inadequate employees who seem to have no idea how to actually deal with people.

I experience transparent and helpful service from both sales and service.

Everything they told me was rubbish about cars availability....

Had Jason the General manager then treat me like a fool while talking down to me with his "explanation" of how car sales work....



Avoid this place at all costs...



Picked up our car in 4 days from another dealer not far from Ringwood not the 14-20

days that were told every dealer will be the same by Ringwood VW

Worst customer service ive ever had
