Twice today Sunday I phoned at 11.00am, after listening to the spiel it said to order online or someone will be with me to help. I’m 81 in nsw & was wanting to order a case of wine as a present in Robina Qld & both times after the recording it hung up on me. No one came on to help & I needed to know if they have the particular wine I wanted to purchase, I do this every year, but it looks like they no longer have humans answering their phone, this is not service, people my age need help with orders.
