No refund was given to me, even though I did not received a printed receipt with the refund policy on. It was a written receipt and the manager conveniently not told me about their refund policy. Avaoid this sore at all costs! A costly mistake I made $250!

AVOID ALL FOOTMASTER STORE! They famous for their NO REFUND POLICY even if the item you bought is faulty. I bought pair of arches thong for my mum at Robina store and at home my mum told me left side is loose due to the strap not glued properly, it was floppy when she tried it on, uncomfortable and my mum doesn't want to wear it. Definitely manufactured faulty. Week after I purchased I tried to refund it, absolutely like taking blood out of stone! They told me its not faulty and NO REFUND because it was sale item. I paid almost $70 a pair eventho it was on sale. Very expensive for faulty thong. I feel ripped off!
