incredibly disappointing, and I cannot recommend Imprint Podiatry

had an extremely disappointing experience with Ireland Maloney from Imprint Podiatry. I visited the office at 21 Adori St, Chevron Island, on December 5, 2024, to collect my new orthotics, only to find that the quality was completely unacceptable. The left orthotic had a circular bump in the middle and a rectangular hole next to it—design flaws that would undoubtedly cause significant discomfort.

This was my second attempt with these orthotics after initially ordering them on June 11, 2024. The first set caused unbearable pain despite following Ireland's instructions. I had hoped the replacements would resolve the issue, but they were even worse.

After waiting nearly six months for orthotics that were still unfit for use, I emailed Ireland requesting a full reimbursement and expressed my decision to discontinue her services. Instead of addressing my concerns directly, Ireland had her receptionist inform me that I should contact her boss, Wade Elling, for resolution. I waited until January 21, 2025, but heard nothing from Wade.

Frustrated, I visited the Chevron Island office again, only to learn that Ireland no longer worked there. Despite my repeated efforts, I am still waiting for a response and a resolution to this matter.

This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I cannot recommend Imprint Podiatry based on the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unacceptable product quality I’ve encountered.
