The only thing this place is good for is medical certificates for work. No patient care whatsoever, zero follow up unless you make them follow up.

One doctor listens to one or two symptoms before immediately referring you for blood test or x-ray. I felt she was always far too eager to get you out of the door than actually do anything to help you. She would never commit to any kind of diagnosis, constantly referring you off.

Another doctor forgets who you are, has no idea why you are returning to see him, and forgets to refer you to appropriate secondary care providers where appropriate. He made me feel worse than a “number”. The least he could do is review a patients file before calling them in.

Finally, the worst doctor of them all has significant difficulty in understanding simple concepts (such as when to be professional). This “doctor” also questions why other doctors have prescribed something/ ordered tests etc. She does this in front of you about a doctor only metres away. Hardly inspires confidence and undermines any shred of respect the other doctors might have. Then she makes you feel guilty for having an illness. I cringed any time I had to see her, knowing I would be interrogated. The most recent experience (and the one that finally made me quit this place) was when she refused to fill in a medical form that needs to be filled in by a doctor because my blood sugar levels were too high and I needed to be on different medication - she could not understand that the medical form was because a specialist had prescribed me insulin… and I needed clearance to drive. But because she was overbooked, she wouldn’t take the time to fill in the form.



This place seems to have its entire business model setup on how much money they can make off referrals or how many patients they can see per hour.

They overbook like crazy, to the point I have never been seen at the appointment time. Most recently (final appointment ever) I waited for 45 minutes along with most other people.



The rooms are filthy, the place is patched together with sellotape. Their reception staff however, are lovely and the one saving grace of this place.

Normally I couldn't say anything bad about the 7 Day Doctors. But I went there on Sunday after phoning to see if I could get an appointment. I tried to explain why I wanted to see a Doctor. She rudely told me to get down there and then hung up on me. I have been treated like this once before by her, again with the same attitude. I mentioned it to the Doctor on duty, only to be stand offish. He was quite rude to me throughout the consultation. I was waiting on a very important phone call. It just happened that it rang while I was in the surgery. Normally I always turn it off. I was again rudely told to get off my phone and pointing her finger at me. Remind me not to have to go to this surgery on a Sunday when this person is on duty. I have never come across anyone as rude as this women is. I don't know how she keeps her job. I'd recommend the surgery through the week, but never on a Sunday.

its very busy there in the mornings but generally the waiting time is less than 30 minutes and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Very weird place. About ten patients all lined up in their cubicle. Nurse positions you and after a while a therapist comes and shoots some needles in you and leaves. When I told her I was really light headed last time, she shouts: "keep an eye on this one, it's a fainter". I lost one of my needles because I changed position because I was very uncomfortable, but nobody came to check on me. After a while a nurse takes the needles out and tells me that I'm "good to go". No information about wether I need any more treatments or what to expect: just quickly make room room for the next lot.

The worst medical practice I have been to in Australia. Dirty, messy and confused staff. We waited really long, when I enquired about the time the receptionist couldn't find our paper... it was never processed... what a waste of time. The doctor seemed really confused and hardly even looked at us. Won't go there ever again...Yuk

Again, was able to see my doctor at short notice with little wait time. Staff are always so friendly and we're now on a first name basis. Wouldn't go anywhere else ... like family now.

When my regular doctor was away I was immediately booked in with another doctor, who was just as helpful ... waited only about 10 mins to see the other doctor. In all, I found the staff to be most friendly and efficient. Will definitely recommend this practice to others.
