I was absolutely shocked this afternoon at the Customer service and lack of communication and listening of the cashier on the 13/02/23. Meernat I believe her name was.

Like normal I went to the bp In Rockingham to buy cigarettes and get $5 in coins out. I proceeded to ask for the cigarettes and coins, presented my id and continued like usual but due to the lack of attention and effort from the cashier she had got me to pay for just the cigarettes as I paid I said is that including the coins, she replied no. I then said okay no problem am I able to get the coins out now she proceeded to say I had to pay for something when I already had. The man behind me laughed and confronted her about the situation saying she was in the wrong so I was stunned I then said well I don’t understand, people aren’t made of money. She then refunded the cigarettes. Had me thinking the money must go straight in. I then again attempted to pay for both the cigarettes and coins twice. My card declined numerous times. She then decided to tell me it would take up to 2 days to go through to my bank. So I started to get frustrated. I am now without cigarettes without my coins and in able to get my time back. I won’t be going to my local bp station if she is there.
