They unblocked my drains but after 1 week the drains were blocked again. I called them to fix it and they told me it was my fault that the drains are blocked again, and it would cost me extra for them to come out to fix it.
Ask them if they guarantee their work if you decide to use their services

Very Poor customer service on the phone.
