Ben's Cooling/Heating & Refrigeration Solutions

Was recommended to us by our neighbour and we've never looked back. Ben diagnosed a blown compressor (due to a power surge) quickly (i think it took all of 15 minutes to diagnose), sourced a better than original replacement and had installed within the time he advised. 6 months later, air-con went down again, called Ben, who quickly diagnosed that another power surge had blown the circuit board. He researched it, found that the original parts are no longer made, found a suitable replacement solution, re-wired the unit and it has been great since.

Prompt, on-time, flexible, quotes in writing (and accepted without problems by my insurance company - this is important for me), reliable, polite, no-nonsense and professional. One of the best, if not the best, service professional I've ever used.

Ben is my first call for anything air-con related. Highly recommended.
