I cannot express my gratitude at the care shown to our puppy by all staff. i have never experienced such warmth + care. Well done guys! From Scarletts family!

I believe in giving credit where credit is due and Rooty Hill Veterinary definitely does. When ever one of our pets required attention this is where we would go. Great care & attention was always given and also sympathy when required. I do not have any reservations in recommending this Vet to anyone who cares about their pets.

Why do I say "the worst"? Because I don t want to share these people with anyone!! They have looked after my shitzu cross and now all my chihuahuas, and they are the best in the business! Caring, passionate, understanding, and the price is second to none, and we have them all to ourselves in Western Sydney!!

So please, they are our secret pet gems... dont share to much, or else I will never have the absolutely amazing care my pets deserve..

My family had feared that our dog (a 15 year old Chihuahua) had had a stroke. We took her down to the vet expecting the worst. Unfortunately, we didn't get the name of the Vet who took care of us but he assured as that she could just have an inner ear infection and that he would like to keep her for a few nights to monitor her. Being our family dog, we were very concerned and were worried her time was up. We asked if we could go visit her and all the nurses/staff were so welcoming and understanding with our situation. They told us to stay as long as we needed, the vet came and gave us an update every afternoon we visited her. The third day she had spent in hospital we were ready to put her down as she had not improved. We walked into the back where they kept her and she had improved so drastically! The Vet encouraged us to take her for a walk, let us have time with her out the back, honestly, they were the most understanding vet my family have gone to. We were expecting a bill of over $1,000 for the three nights she spent in there but to our surprise it was so reasonably priced. Our family dog is as healthy as ever and we won't go anywhere else with our pets!

Extremely friendly, good with pets,dogs, cats, rabbits, and have even taken in some beloved chooks from our community garden and they were very helpful! Reasonable prices and just all around friendly. Can't reccomend them enough.
