Major Carpet Cleaners

They didn't show up as scheduled. They will waste your time and quotation could be very misleading.

I talked to this company twice and they stood me up twice by not turning up for the job.

Don't waste your time with them like I did. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

I hire this company to do carpet stretching for my house. I spoke to the owner Namesh and we agreed on the price ( 4 rooms). He promised he would send a skilled carpet technician to do the job for me. The technician came in the morning, did room 1 ok, room 2 in 1 particular area, you wouldn’t be able to see any different from ‘before’ and ‘after’. Then , he ( the technician ) told me that he would not be able to do the rest because he not skilled enough to deal with some issues that he saw . He then told me he has called his colleague and his colleague agreed to come to finish the job at around 2 pm, then before he left , he asked me to pay a call out fee of 95$, he said the rest will be paid when the job finished.Although I felt a bit annoyed and started worry by looking at his result in room 2., I did pay , just hoping the second technician would be able to finish the job properly. At that time, my house was a mess as we did move some furniture out of the room. At half pass 2, still no one came so I tried to contact the first technician, when couldn’t reach him, I called Namesh , the owner , several times, couldn’t reach him either, then he called back , I told him the situation and asked when the second technician (Mark)will come, Namesh said he would looked into it , also will send me Mark number. I waited for some more hours but nothing was sent to me , I tried to call Namesh several times but no answer and that’s the end of it. No phone call, no text messages, no apology for such a bad (unfinished)service . In short, they just abandoned their contract without even 1 word of explanation or apology, maybe because it’s too difficult for them as their technicians don’t have enough skill or maybe they just realised it take more time and they have misquoted or maybe they just simply wanted to get quick money by acceptin easy tasks only . Either way, For me, the worse part of the whole thing is how they handle the situation. I maybe able to understand if they can’t do the job for a reasonable reason but just disappear without a single explanation is totally unacceptable for doing an honest and trustworthy business



If for some reason they can’t complete the job, the owner Namesh should tell me or at least response to my call with some explanations instead of promising someone will come to finish the job, making me wait then disappear. I rarely write bad reviews but today took my time writing this long as. a warning for all potential customers of this company. Think twice before engaging them to do anything for u. They may give you a cheaper quote but remember you get for what you pay. If you are among those lucky customers and whatever u want them to do is simple enough then u may get things done without drama but please note, when / if issues arise, they may just do a runner without a word so , BEWARE! And don’t believe those ‘glorious’ words they put in their website re their service and/or customer satisfaction. My case is a living example of their unacceptable behaviour in custom satisfaction!!!!!! FYI, later on the day when my friend came to have a look , she said it looks worse than before and she pointed out to me the new ‘carpet bump’ in the corner where the technician have been working on.

The guy that came to clean my curtains were very careless, inexperienced and try to get away saying the sheer was already ripped.
