Expert Refrigeration

We had a bad experience with an unqualified Samsung air con repairer who was initially assigned the job from our 3rd party extended warranty company. After he failed, the job was given to John at Expert Refridgeration & Air Con. John came out very late night on a Sunday and was able to give us a proper diagnosis to authorise a replacement from our 3rd party extended warranty. High recommended - Thanks John!

I had John come out after a horrible experience with a refrigeration mechanic who diagnosed a fault with my Samsung Fridge CPU board when in actual fact it was the thermo fuse and the sensor. Great job John we really appreciate your honesty and excellent customer service. Five Stars
