First I would like to say Pim is 10/10

I had massage asked to pay for extra as so good.

HOWEVER… I went back, she wasn’t available and with their assurance tried other. (Male therapist) This time I asked to have my massage cut short it was that bad 2/10 ,not helping anything I asked and need to give direction while he did the same pattern on repeat. The 1 star is because after explaining this and then talking to them at reception they did nothing about it and continued to say they were the same. I feel upset and the opposite of relaxed. Feedback is gold in business and they did not care so felt then I had to write a review because of that.

Very disappointing. Half hearted effort by the male masseur and didn’t do the areas I especially asked for. Won’t recommend and won’t be going back.

If you are going to use their massage services make sure you totally agree on the price before you start and never during a service. I was charged for two additional services while only getting one. I will not return there again.

Did not enjoy my 45 min, all i could hear was talking, slurpping of drinks and people in the shopping complex,, will never go back.. what a waste of money...
