At the Newton bake house I politely requested that ungloved long fingernails not be scraped around inside my food packaging. In response I was treated like the filth that collects under those long nails.

Dear sir been a fan of most of your outlets however as the owner of 2 sydney caffe several years ago I have a fair idea how exhausting the caffe trade is .

Your port mall cafe is dirty unfortunately ie windows & furniture especially table bases and drink cabinet..and Floor We had two cakes and both were past there freshness..

Anyway we look forward to trying it again next month
