Terrible service after you hand your money over

They dont wont to help .The car we bought gps was not updated so didnt work .Waiting 1hr for my car after they phoned 2hrs before to say its ready to be picked up .We spent thousands of dollars and never once dod they wont to do anything about gps .We had dash cam fitted didnt even know how it worked .I will never buy a car from them again .No communication between staff and they keep leaving me there waiting while he went to sales car because all they car about is money .

Dont go there they will rip you off

Called into this dealership to buy a Kia Sportage Nov 2019.Agreed on a demo model which had 250 klms on the clock.We picked the vehicle up on the Monday following that weekend, only to find it had an extra 250 klms which showed the vehicle had been driven after we had signed the paperwork.We requested free servicing for the next 3 services.

To our surprise our agreement stated 12 months Rego only to find 6 months later a notice of renewal turns up in the letterbox.

We have paperwork proof it was to be registered for 12 months,and trying to get these people to pay for their mistake is proving extremely difficult with every excuse under the sun.

I bought a second hand Jeep from this dealership for approx $30k in December 2016. After 7months of ownership, major issues started to appear, timing chain needed replacing estimate quotes of approx $5k for this to be fixed. Not to mention over $1k spent trying to identify the issue. Key Star Rothwell wanted nothing to do with and have completely refused to help with the situation. All services were completed on time while I had ownership of the vehicle and only 17,000kms. This is also to go with the a warranty sold to me that doesn’t apply to the state I live in. Even though they were aware where I was coming from. Avoid this dealership!

Shocking customer service in the service department. I had made a time for someone to look at my boot latch so they could order the part in for it and they made me wait while they had morning tea. 1/2 hour later and im still waiting out the front while the lads asre moving and working on other cars, needless to say I left and will not recommend for anyone to go to this service or sales centre not ever! Do so at your own peril!
