Great product and great service. I researched plenty about bi-folds and cafe blinds and that kind of thing and this was the best product and easily the best price. Best design, best quality, best product. It really was the perfect thing for my project design and I was absolutely rapt that it was made and designed here in Australia, in Melbourne! Great support at point of enquiry about the product with visit to my home and proper samples of the Optiscreen door to view and test. And I tested it too -don't worry about that! Installation was very thorough and prompt and the doors even came with a cleaning and maintenance kit. A cleaning product that works a treat btw. I even had to complete a survey to rate the installation process and service. Very professional follow up! Indeed they were very patient with me as I had to delay installation for many months due to problems with my building project. I have a wall of 8 Optiscreen doors that bi-fold and one regular Optiscreen door on a separate wall. They face the west and are fully exposed to the elements. After two years they still look and work like brand new. I have watched with concern sometimes as the winds and storms pummelled the doors - on quite them a few occasions over the past few years and these doors have not budged. A Claret Ash tree has fallen and branches crushed up against the Poly and it looked like the branches had pierced and permanently deformed the poly. I was in tears. I was wrong. The poly withstood the force of the sharp branches and within 24 hours the poly had returned to it's flat, straight, perfect shape. I was very happy to be so very wrong. Honestly, like new. The poly was recently scuffed by a ball. I was shattered. A tip from Stephen at Optiscreen on how to clean - a wipe with turps-and back to perfect! These doors keep the room warm, dry and they look so good. Light enters, I keep my view and yet feel safe and protected. Everyone who visits and sees them marvels. Recently- Last Sunday- a massive gust of wind forced one door shut and as a result it was damaged. My fault as I failed to pin the door down and secure it. I was warned! I emailed Optiscreen and they came out 1st chance they had and repaired it for me. No probs. No hassles. It was actually an easy fix. More like an adjustment. Nothing had to be replaced or repaired really even though I thought it did. So durable and so versatile. Brilliant doors and amazing technology. Friendly, honest service. Happily recommend.

Whilst the product it self can not be faulted at this stage, the customer service after placing an order and when requiring assistance within the warranty period leaves a lot to be desired. I have been ignored, and intimidated and forced to pay additional money for a third party report and a VCAT action before an incorrectly installed set of bi fold doors that cost over $3000 were repaired, almost four months after contact. An awful lot of angst involved as well. Whether they have now been installed correctly I have no idea, they are operational, that is all I can state. As they say, buyer beware!!!
