I'd cut my hair with hedge trimmers before getting my hair cut at this place after seeing the terrible job that was done on a good friend of mine - not to mention the equally terrible customer service to go with it after the salon was phoned, only to be treated very poorly....resulting in in my friend being understandably very upset. Terrible Experience. Went for a trim. They cut off about 3 inches (Too Much) and then the right side was about 4 inches higher again. Worst haircut i have ever had. I was so upset i cried. I contacted the owner JOE who hesitated to tell me his name and thought i was rude for asking. I didnt want to go back to the shop as i was upset, 2 young kids at home with me and didn't want them going near my hair again. They refused to give me an email to send them the pictures. Refused any refund. I cant believe he was so abusive to me when i was a complaining customer. DONT USE THIS HAIRDRESSER.
