I engaged Craig to install multiple things including new lights on a very high cathedral ceiling. He came in to do the quote to check things, but when arrived to do work, he did not bring ladder tall enough and we had to wait another week and a bit. At that point, we did not make a deal out of it. When he brought the big ladder next time, he discovered that some of our light did not have proper fittings to go on ceilings and suggested returning them to the store. I dared to ask him why he did not check the lights during his quote visit which would give us time to address it before the big ladder came in. He got very offended, stormed off and decided to stop dealing with me as a customer.

Having lost power in different areas of the house and also the air conditioner, I jumped onto the yellow pages to find an electrician and called Cornford Electrics. Craig answered my call and was polite and so helpful over the phone. Without hesitation he patiently talked me through what could be wrong and what to do, step by step, and he resolved the problem at no cost to me. Thank you again and again Craig!. I know who to call now when I need an electrician and will be recommending Cornford Electrics every time!

I rang Craig at 11pm because there was simply no answer from the emergency electrician who was meant to be on call for our property. We had lost all power to every single power point in the house which would have gravely affected our business with several large freezers full of stock. Craig was on another job, but happily talked me through the problem and within 10 minutes we had resolved it. All this for no $$$! Most tradies will answer that they cannot possibly help without coming out and having a look. Thank you so much Craig!
