Customer service lot to be desired chicken over cooked forget to give me my drink and drive through took ages

Bought 15 piece today and two large chips.Chicken was disgusting, dry and grey and some pieces raw in centre. Chips cold and undercooked.Needless to say will never buy from that store again.Even though its fast food surely their must be some sort of standard before allowing food to leave store.

Twisters were masses of sauce hardly any chicken and salad, chips were cold no seasoning, gravey tasteless far too much water. Been better of with a homemade sandwich. Got charged for a orange freeze ( what is it ? ) did not order it ...
Ring ring ring , no answer. This KFC was the worst, specially when they are busy. Cant handle the pressure.

The most pathetic customer service I have ever experienced - reluctant to give a refund after they got my order wrong and I went home and found my order to be wrong , disgusting store.
