I would like to share my TERRIBLE experience with Priala Legal. The team was extremely RUDE, ARROGANT and unresponsive. I had almost no knowledge about how settlement papers work, and they used every chance they could get to receive more money from me, which was not included in the agreed price. They never told me exactly what was going on. It seemed as if they were working not for me but against me. After the settlement was closed I got no papers, no congratulations and no documents such as the settlement statement or financial statements. I tried to contact them 5 times for about a week (through email and phone calls) before I could receive these documents, which should have been sent straight away, and still they spoke to me extremely rudely. I was extremely disappointed and displeased with the customer service. Would NOT recommend to anyone!
