Jo & Be are consistent offenders in keeping customers waiting. They take the customer for granted. After two years of going, today I arrived at an appointment made over a month previous. I was then told asked by Benitta, as she was looking after another customer, "Are you in a hurry? this blow dry will take about 20 minutes" they don't care about customers. they are cheap, well for men its $30 for mine, so maybe we men come last as we are not get charged at the same price as women, so maybe that should be their focus, women only, because this man will not be returning.
