Highway Ford

Service department is extremely rude and extremely unhelpful.

I had an issue with my 4 week old Mondeo and I was told to go and visit the closest Ford dealership by Ford roadside assistance. After NRMA gave me a kick, I drove for 45 mins to see Highway Ford to get my battery replaced for my drive back to Sydney to get a full repair.

I went and spoke to the employee behind the counter in the service department and he told me he could replace my battery in 5 days, no matter what Ford told him. He also threw around some colourful language and said his team wont do anything for me at all.

Rude, short and hopeless.
