One would think, with a name like AussieBattery, it would be Australian but I was charged a foreign exchange fee. The battery was advertised as 'genuine' Samsung but the only markings say Made in China. The battery is faulty and won't take charge. Tried to call them but their phone is disconnected. Emailed them but no reply. They are frauds.

In complete delivery for full paymentI ordered 3 Dyson batteries. I received one. Their on line status say order “completed”. This is incorrect. I used their online form and sent emails to [email protected] address. No response. Note: this is not a local email address. No number to call. No tracking of deliveries.

I ordered a replacement battery for my vacuum from this company. It does not fit! I have sent numerous emails and messages but no one has contacted me. They do not have a phone number to call. Do not deal with this company.

I ordered Dyson battery for my v8, they sent me a Dyson battery for v6, and I have sent several sending emails but they never responded.

Phone number shown on this site is not connected. Batteries are not genuine OEM. Very slack customer service. Thinking this is not 'Aussie' at all........

Bought two Ryobi batteries from them in November and one has failed already. Sent three emails which is only option on website and no response.
