I cannot recommend Element Strata highly enough. They provide excellent service, act with integrity, respond to matters efficiently and are very knowledgeable. Like many buildings out there, our complex has been through several strata managers over the years - all of whom make promises but fail to deliver when needed. Element have stepped up in a difficult situation where strata managers before them have not done the right thing in dealing with various building defects, general property maintenance, providing us with advice, and even in their communication with owners and residents & responding to matters urgently. The previous companies just seemed to be overwhelmed and incapable of handling the management of multiple buildings or anything other than the simplest of issues. I have seen more progress in our time with Element than I have in years with other companies. I would happily recommend this company to other strata owners.

Stay clear, they get everyone else to do their job for them, they tell all of sydney to knock on your door for access keys, you get rogue people entering premises, they validate dodgy businesses for contracts, their property managers also leave it to everyone else to do their work for them, calvin is one example do not use them you pay for yourself to do all the work they are supposed to do
