I’ve been going to doll house for many years now and have ordered online and been in store, the customer service is nothing less than great all of the time, the prices are great and the selection of dresses is fantastic! Delivery is quick and the items are well packaged as well

I have always purchashed my formal wear from Dollhouse, I've been buying from them for many years! Reason being, because the dresses are amazing quality and such beautiful designs. But most importantly their customer service is just the best. They have always been helpful and understanding. Thank you dollhouse for being such dolls!

The girls were so sweet and lovely to deal with. They were super helpful with my enquiries and made me feel so comfortable and confident with my purchases.

Bought my formal dress form the store in Castle Hill and the girls were great!! Awesome customer service so lovely and offered lots of advice and they even took my number down so that if anyone from my school bought the same dress they would ring and inform me! Amazing experience!

I have to tell you that every BAD experience/review you read about this place is completely true. In my life I have never seen such poor customer service, disorganisation, unprofessionalism, nastiness and rudeness from every single staff member in top ryde and castle hill.

They were absoloutley horrible to deal with. I ordered 5 bridesmaids dresses from them and after the money was handed over it was months and months of anguish. I encourage you not to deal with these people. If i was to explain everything I went through with this place I would run out of room! Disgusting!!!

I ordered the Khloe G dress and I Absolutely LOVED it!!!! The quality is amazing and i got soo many compliments! The pictures dont do any justice. Its even more beautiful in person. Also, the customer service is incredibly amazing... they get back to you super fast and the shipping took about a week to arrive to canada which is NOT BAD at all! The only thing that i didnt like was that my dress shed TONS AND TONS of glitters which at the end of the day was worth it becus i got tons of compliments so it made up for it. I cant wait to order more dresses!!

I cannot recommend Dollhouse enough! Beautiful gowns and the best service. The girls are always so helpful and Always a pleasant experience at Top Ryde!
