This person was called for an installation of a ceiling fan to replace an old one, once the job was completed we payed the amount owed. He finished the job and everything was okay however, we checked to see if the fan was working and it wasn't, he made a mistake. The exisiting remote was not compatible with the new fan installed. We asked him to fix his mistake, it took him an extra half an hour to correct his mistake and then he demanded money from us to compensate him staying longer on the job.

When we asked why we had to pay for his mistake, he was rude and argumentative.
