It took me an hour to get my bike into the back of the car on my own… when I arrived at the shop I was turned away as the bike wasn’t booked in, confirm lent be done for a week and there was no room in the shop to keep it.. now to wrestle the bike out of the boot and repeat…

Salamander Cycles serviced my bike yesterday and I have to say it came back to me like a new bike. Darren worked wonders with freeing all the seized parts when it would have been so much easier for him to say that needs replacing. Very fair, reasonably priced and very honest. great service.

Great service, spent time on an inexpensive option when would have been quicker and easier just to advise me that I needed to buy something new
