Absolutely disgraceful service.
Provided two fecal samples. The first one they lost altogether. The second one had a vital test 'crossed off' so I had to provide a third sample to get that test redone!
I drove to melbourne for my test results from my specialist who discovered the omission and was ropeable!
Find someone else to do your pathology testing. Totally unacceptable! Pathetic! !
