Terrible experience with KCR as Conveyancer’s purchasing a home. Had my appointment cancelled 30 minutes before it was scheduled as someone else needed that appointment time only to find out when I arrived later that day that they never showed up. No apologies given for cancellation with such little notice. Poor communication throughout the whole process, had to call on day of settlement to see how to pay remaining figure and was told they forgot about that and would need to do the calculations and get back to me. Weeks after the settlement I discovered I never received a conveyancing certificate so also had to chase that up myself. Would not recommend KCR to anyone

Settlement has just been delayed and they could not be bothered telling me. Both the bank and real estate agent were disgusted at their lack of communication. I asked their advice about the seller and they refused to give advice other then to advise me to pull out of the sale. They are rude and I am so disgusted by their service. Luckily I have an amazing bank that provides me with the information they should.
