Fencing World Pty Ltd

Booked a quote over 4 weeks ago. Confirmed with email and phone call. Then on day of quote the salesman said we don’t out that far because we never win those quotes. He blamed it on their secretary said she was new. I’m glad I learned before I gave them a single penny of my money that throw people under the bus on their own company.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Fence installed early December, with many problems:
1. Fence installed was 3 different heights (in a flat yard) due to sleepers not dug in evenly
2. Quoted and pay for 7.3m fence, but the contractor only brought 7m worth of material, so patched up 0.3m with existing fence (was totally different colour and height)
3. Footings not secure for posts and fence started to cave in within a week
4. Dents in 2 of the new panels

For a company called 'Fencing World' you would think installing a good neighbour fence for a small courtyard would be their easiest job.

After 8 weeks of hearing every excuse under the sun, countless promised call backs never received, 2 appointments to assess the poor quality of the fence (surely 1 would do it), 3 guaranteed dates for the repair when FW either doesn't arrive or does but without the right material, total 4 days off work, I can finally say that the fence has been fixed and I never ever have to deal with Fencing World and their terrible customer service again.

Great service. Removed the old fence, constructed a retaining wall and put in a new fence in a one and a half days. Will be getting them back when it's time to get some more fencing done.
