Friendly and reliable water delivery service easy to contact and make arrangements .

The lady who was unhappy, is connected to town water. & was asked when booking the delivery if there was enough access for a tanker & said Yes. However on arrival there was no way a tanker could get access to deliver the water. Despite the company having to pay the drivers time & running costs of the tanker to fill from a distant fill point and travel to her home, she wanted a full refund. The company explained to her that we could refund the cost of the water, but not the transport charges, which we did. One unhappy customer among 1000's we go out of our way for every day, isn't too bad though.

We ordered water we were told they would deliver but they never done any research on our property and when the driver come to deliver the water the truck could not get up our driveway

I told them we live in a pan handle driveway

They should have done a google search to see what the property looked like and what the access was

They deducted $210 off my credit card and I only got a refund

of $80

What a total rip off this is

They don’t even deserve 1 star

This company helped me out when I was desperately low on water and delivered the next day, I was with another company for years and they would not help so now JK are my water carrier.
