Kustom Concrete Finishes

Disappointed is an understatement - Kustom Concrete should be paying for the rectification activities and proactively engaging with us to manage their mistakes. My next step is to contact their license providers and make further enquiries into the conduct and workmanship so that other's aren't ripped off and left with extra costs associated with fixing a botch-job. I'm pretty disappointed, I've tried contacting and negotiating amicably to get some pretty poor workmanship addressed and we are being lied to and ignored. We've been promised work to rectify the issues and then no follow up, we've been promised phone calls and emails responding to our ongoing engagement - no response. There's concrete all over our new glass doors, security screens and retaining wall. There's no ableflex around our house, there's waves and large chunks and issues throughout the slab, there's significant cracking, there's a long drain that isn't straight and doesn't "drain" and is filled with concrete waste. We're supposed to have a charcoal broom finish but all we have is a mottled, wavy, disjointed mess. We need someone to come in and grind back the concrete, insert silicon down the length of the house (where there's no ableflex) and cover-crete now to rectify the incorrect colour/texture mess. We also need professionals in to clean the concrete spray off our entire house and retaining walls. We now have to have brand new security doors and windows replaced as the concrete that's splashed all over them won't come off and will destroy the integrity of the door. Kustom Concrete have ripped us off and failed to negotiate or rectify these issues. QBCC and more action to follow.
