Crystal Dry Cleaners

Very disappointing! My first and last time to take my suits there!
Dropped off three different cream coloured suits and dress, with 3 different stains (all different fabrics) to be dry cleaned.
When I returned to pick up, all three items still had stains on them. Naturally I asked about it and was given a explanation that none could be removed on across all three different fabrics/items of clothing. This seemed quite remarkable that all items made of varying fabrics, with varying stains and none could be removed, Again, naturally, I asked if they had applied stain removers to them all? Response - I am yelled at for asking about the stains in my supposedly dry cleaned cream suits. The suits are removed from the hangers, crushed and given back to me! I am staggered by the abrupt rude response and aggressive actions towards less than acceptable service by them.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you AVOID this dry cleaner if you have clothing items of worth, that require a 'professional' dry cleaner to attend to it. I suppose if you just need a shirt without a stain dry cleaned, you may be fortunate to have it cleaned....maybe...
