Lace & Button

No stars. After making an appointment with Lace and Button (which was confirmed both via phone and email) they failed to show up on the day. After phone calls, emails and messages, (all of which were left unanswered) we were "stood up" and left waiting for 30 minutes at the advised location. We are yet to receive any feedback or apology from L&B which just goes to show their incredibly poor level of customer service. Such a disappointment as they seemed very promising. Don't waste your time, they will let you down.
