I purchased an EUROMAID gas cooktop just four months ago, and it has been nothing but a nightmare from day one. The problems started when it suddenly shattered while I was cooking, putting my safety at risk. But the real horror show began when I reached out to their customer service.



First and foremost, the cooktop breaking just four months into normal use is absolutely unacceptable. It's supposed to be a long-term investment, not a disposable appliance. To make matters worse, EUROMAID refused to honor any warranty, leaving me out of pocket and thoroughly disappointed.



The lack of responsibility on their part is astonishing. The product's quality and safety should be their utmost priority, but it seems like they couldn't care less about their customers. I would never recommend this product to anyone, and I urge you to steer clear of EUROMAID as a brand entirely.



In conclusion, this experience with EUROMAID has been a complete and utter disaster. Don't waste your hard-earned money on their products, and don't expect any assistance or support when things go wrong. It's a one-star review for a company that deserves no more.
