I have been going to Dave for service on my Falcon since I purchased it from brand new. He always lets me know what’s happening with car and what needs doing. If there is a problem he will call me and explain the situation and the cost involved. He will never do work without contacting me first. His rates are reasonable and if there are minor issues he will tell me it can wait until next service. Attention to detail every time and a really nice guy.

D&C have looked after my car since I got it early this year, I decided to take it there 'coz they're Toyota specialists and coz Dave and the lads there have taken excellent care of my mum's cars for over 13 years. Both her and I could not speak more highly of the EXCEPTIONAL service we've always recieved: mechanically, financially and in terms of good old- fashioned 'customer service'. Dave and the team have always treated us fairly and honestly with an attention to detail and a genuine understanding of our budget constraints. All work is always explained before being done, an estimated quote always provided and no additional work or expense is ever added without permission. D&C always answer questions and keep us in the loop over the phone and in person. The work is always of a very high standard, always prompt and always at competetive cost. We recommend D&C to all our friends and family & we will continue to do so - they're a great local business :-)

I drove my car in on Friday last for a pre-booked 3 hour estimated (to be paid) coolant pump repair. He agreed to do the repair but for some reason he refused to do it on the day after taking possession of my car telling me he would phone me when it was finished.
He locked it in his shed Friday afternoon without calling me and left for the weekend without asking me first.
Come Monday after daily calls to his answering machine that were never returned my car had to be towed home with the coolant pump still broken now joined by a totally silent fuel pump that was operating perfectly on Friday.
Not only that he had scratched the paint on the driver's door and broken the door seal clearly he had tried to break into the drivers' side without asking me first.
I had already purchased the parts (with his knowledge) he knew I had been saving for them they were in the back seat (water pump 2x belts, 7 Ltr coolant.)
He offered no excuse for not doing the repair and offered no excuse for the damage to my car.
His workshop that has a sign in the office that reads "all vehicles stored at the owner's own risk".
