AVOID

Dishonest staff won't take back motherboards that are unopened in the box that you have purchased. Go to another centre com store, and they will do the right thing, unlike this store. RUDE AND ARROGANT STAFF

The staff are like some scamming car salesman that wont honour any returns .Make up storys as they go.Something weird is going on in this store with the staff --avoid at all cost

Avoid. Purchased a monitor that wasn't what I was expecting (bright in the middle but dull around the sides) and wanted to change it over for something else (more expensive). Even though everything was exactly the same in the box (cables never unwrapped, packaging all 100% in-tact, nothing ripped etc) they charged a 15% restocking fee. It was either that, or a $69 fee and 30-day wait for someone to assess for warranty. Really petty.



The lack of flexibility, inability to compromise and the excessive time taken have all left a bad taste. I won't shop here again as I fear that I would never be able to have peace of mind about a purchase.

NoReturn experience means I won't return as customer

Was not able to return my unopened Boxing day purchase, as it was not suitable for my needs.. i asked for return .(willing to purchase a more suitable alternative which I had seen on my previuos visit... but did not even get to that point in this interaction). I was denied the return.. and they pointed to a "No Returns for Boxing day" for change of mind?. My intention was to return, then browse for a better/more capable (more expensive mesh router), so yes, I was changing mind, but only cos wanted to get a pricier optio ... upgrade. Not sure this is in breach of Australian Consumer Rights.. in any case, they lost that sale (and future sales) and a customer... Not a question of money.. sales guy and then manager ust made me feel like I was doing wrong??!!

Staff/manger short sighted in the execution of sales/customer satisfaction. Especially for loyal long time customers..Please do better, esp for customer that (used to) spends thousands a year (and recommended to collegues) for several years) in that store.

Buyer beware...loyal customer .. Ridiculous Boxing Day returns policy.

Thia Frankston store was my local go to Computer store. I want to support local business, as it benefits me ultimately to have them nearby. Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars at this store.. several macbook pros, PCs, gaming systems.. and I was unable to get a return for simple wireless mesh router pack.. Will not be returning .. as they do not look after their local customers.. Very disappointed..

No good! No good at all!!!

It would have to be the last PC shop in Victoria to make me go there again...

Ridiculous excuses and delay after delay, it took 3 1/2 weeks to receive my PC and after all without the Windows we agree upon installed. I had to make a USB boot on a friend's PC as mine was off...

Don't bother to complain about the customer service....there isn't any!

Repair quoted to take four weeks, price to be determined and informed. An enquiry after three weeks waiting had no information; another promise; two more weeks and another enquiry, call back promised, which might have been made, call missed. I called back. was put in an answer queue, no.2 wait two minutes; 20 minutes later gave up and rang again, now no. 4 in queue wait 8 minutes. Eventually spoke to "a technician" who had a price for a part and installation, part not ordered yet as it needed to be paid for in advance!

I owe the guy an apology, I blew up! Five weeks work and they had looked up the price of a part!

I'm taking my computer back and taking it to a proper shop. Save your time and stress, don't go there.
