Mornington Peninsula Bulk Bins

I would like to respond to Jill.
We left a bin at her place for 6 months as a favor to her. Normal hire is 3 days then $11 per day for extra days. We wanted our bin back and tried to negotiate with her but only got unrealistic replies.
At no stage was she abused or damage done.

Had hired twice before. This time i called not my ex who is 'a mate'. We had a verbal agreement - as im disabled and have no help cleaning house out for sale it would be a longer hire, but as id filled the two previous bins it wouldnt be too long. Woke up this morning to the bin being taken away with no notice and breaking contract. Received a mouthful of foul language and abuse, told him if he was going to behave like that to leave property while i called his boss or id call police - he just kept abusing, leaving me in tears, took bin damaging trees and grounds as he went gesturing. Boss gave me same abuse.....soft target, disabled woman on her own. Again i was left in tears. Said i would take it to Equal Opportunities - he said he and lawyers sould 'wipe the floor with me'...continued swearing and abusing then hung up. Had already ripped me off by charging me more than my ex...then broke our verbal contract. Stay away from this firm, or if you use them - get everything in writing! Rude, crude and cruel on top of it. Ripped off and treated in an abusive manner.
