BEWARE. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS TO BUILD. THEY DUG THROUGH OUR POLISHED CONCRETE DUE TO A PIPE THEY FORGOT TO PUT IN THE SLAB. AFTER MANY EMAILS BACK AND FORTH TO MAKE SURE THE CONCRETE IS KEPT SAFE AND IT WASNT. THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAY THE COMPANY THAT FIXED IT AND IM NOW BEING SUED FOR NOT PAYING THE BILL EVEN THOUGH IT WASNT MY FAULT. BUILD QUALITY IS POUR. STORM WATER WASNT EVEN CONNECTED AND NEARLY FLOODED THE HOUSE

We have been in our apartment for 12 mths prime are the worst people to deal with , no communication , are not interested in fixing on going problems if you are thinking of entering into a contract with them please find out as much as you can from anyone that has had them as a builder , they are connected with premier builder's group . There are Ten apartments here and all have problems that prime after 12 mths are taking their time about getting around to , the lack of commutation and response is discusting run if you have the chance , I would never recommend them to anyone , they have caused so many people here so much stress , absolutely shameful
