Semaphore Veterinary Surgery

We have 2 dogs we have been taking to this surgery for 7 years and quite often they run late, it happens. Last time we waited 45 minutes for our appointment. Yesterday, i was running late due to traffic and rang to advise same. The response was you need to rebook. I suggested they take the next appointment in & I’d follow after that - same patients, same number of appointments, just a swap. As it turned out they’d overbooked and this was the perfect out for them, cancel this appointment. It’s disappointing that there is no care factor here for the animals, we have an appointment for a reason. Do yourself and your pets a favour and find a vet surgery that genuinely cares about your pets and their owners, and respects that a little flexibility is good for business - it goes both ways.

The Vets at Semaphore are great, they have looked after all our animals since they opened their doors on Semaphore Road some 10 years ago. Alison has been caring for our dog Pippa who has on-going eye problems she is caring, considerate and compassionate.

I don't write reviews but in this case I cannot praise the practice and Alison enough. Thank you.

I have nothing but praise for Semaphore Veterinary Surgery. They've always been honest, caring and competitive. Sweetie, my English Staffy has always been in good hands and they charge fairly which is good to know for us mortgage holders. Keep up the great work, I tell people in the street about you lot all of the time, I thought I'd go online just to show how much Sweetie and I appreciate your good work.
