I have previously ordered from this company without issue but the second order had problems with shipping. I received an email notifying me that my order had been shipped but the company provides no details of shipping method or a tracking number. I could not check the status of the shipment. Ten day later (13 days after order) I get a second email saying that my order had shipped, weird. It turned out to have been waiting at the courier dispatch for me to organize it to be redelivered. I had no idea! There was no note left and the company had failed to contact me with this issue. I asked what was the cause of the delay and I was sent a curt email. The lack of professionalism is disappointing. There is no need to be rude to people just trying to support a small business.
