A Total Disgrace – Avoid Edisons and Their Faulty Electric Mower at All Costs!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so outrageously bad that I feel obligated to warn others. I purchased an electric lawn mower from Edisons, and it worked a grand total of three times before completely dying. It became an overpriced piece of scrap metal overnight.



I contacted Edisons' support team immediately, provided clear evidence of the fault—including photos and videos showing the mower refusing to start—and still, they refused to send out a replacement. Their customer service was slow, dismissive, and downright insulting. They acted like I was trying to scam them instead of acknowledging they sold me a defective product.



For a company that prides itself on innovation and reliability, this is a shocking level of incompetence and disregard for customers. A product that breaks after just three uses is bad enough, but to be stonewalled and ignored when seeking support is unforgivable.



Do yourself a favor: spend your money elsewhere. This mower was a complete waste of time, money, and trust. Edisons has lost a customer for life, and I’ll be warning everyone I can to steer clear of this sham of a company!
