I ring them up to get a price quote to get the back bumper painted. But the person who picked call was very rude, oppressive and abusive. Without listening me completely he started saying “i am not Genie who can give you a quote Over phone” and bit more rude statement, while i was about to ask him “Do i need to show him my car first or only photos can work”. When i asked to speak politely he became oppressive and more rude. Won’t recommend at all such kind of unprofessional and rude business.

When I went to get a quote for a minor repair, the older man sitting in the office was very rude and not welcoming at all! Eventually he verbally abused and sweared at me! This is the response I got from their service in the morning! I feel that I did not deserve that being a customer trying to get a quote. I would not recommend this business to anyone!
