Poor customer experience. I called today to arrange a quote for external stairs and a deck. As soon as I advised the suburb I was rudely hung up on! I was very surprised as my partner and I are ready for some renovations to our home only to have the feeling of being judged by location. Good news is I can now find a more deserving builder.
